"Confusing setup, had to wing it"
Bought this from capycool.com.au the setup instructions were useless. A few steps didn’t even match what was in the box, so I ended up just going with the “this looks like it should fit here” approach and hoping for the best. What should’ve been a quick setup took way too long, and I’m still not totally confident I’ve done it right.

"Does the job, just a little louder than I thought"
It cools decently and basically does what it’s supposed to do. I’m not totally sure if I just expected it to be quieter, but the noise is definitely noticeable. During the day it’s not really a big deal, but at night I can see it bothering you if you’re trying to sleep. Overall it’s fine, just not exactly quiet. I’d probably give it 3 stars.

I don’t know, it just felt like I was waiting forever for this to arrive. The delivery was way slower than I expected, and it kind of got frustrating after a while.

"Checkout that somehow didn’t ruin my day"
Ordering from Capycool was painless. I found what I wanted, chucked it in the cart, and the payment page didn’t try to turn into a puzzle game, which was a nice little miracle.
The shipping cost showed up before I paid, because apparently some websites do understand basic human decency. Got the confirmation email straight away too. Nothing flashy, nothing dramatic, it just worked like it was supposed to

"Tracking was completely unreliable"
The tracking for my order was all over the place. One minute it showed one status, then it changed to something else, and none of it seemed to match where the parcel actually was. I kept having to check back and basically guess when it might arrive, which was really frustrating. For the hassle and confusion, I’d definitely expect some kind of compensation or at least a meaningful gesture from the company.

I got it sorted in the end, so I cant really complain too much, but it did take longer than I expected. Support was helpful enough, just not very quick.

"Not comfy for long"
It felt okay at first, but after a little while it started feeling kinda rough and scratchy. I wouldn’t wanna use it for too long tbh, just not that comfy after awhile.

"Pretty happy with how it went"
I ordered from capycool.com.au and yeah, it was all straightforward. The site was easy enough to get around, checkout worked fine... just one of those online orders where nothing annoying pops up, which is always nice.
The stuff turned up in good condition and actually a bit faster than I was expecting. So, no dramas really. That’s kind of all I want with online shopping, to be honest. I’d probably order from them again

I ordered from Capycool and the product itself was fine, so no big complaint there. The frustrating part was trying to get help when I had a question about my order.
The website kind of made it sound like support would be straightforward, but my experience didn’t really match that. I sent a message and ended up waiting way longer than I expected, and when I finally got a reply, it felt brief and didn’t actually clear things up, so I had to follow up again.
It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but it was confusing when the website says one thing and the support feels different in practice. I’d probably think twice before ordering again if I knew I might need help with something

I was a little cautious about ordering because sizing can be hit or miss, but I went with my usual size and it worked out really well. It’s not too tight or too baggy, just a comfortable fit. I’m happy with it overall and would feel good ordering this size again...

"Helps on hot nights, but not perfect"
I picked this up for my bedroom because summer nights here can get uncomfortable, and I was hoping it would make sleeping a bit easier.
It does cool the room down fairly well once it’s been running for a little while. It’s not the same as a full air conditioner, so don’t expect the room to turn ice cold, but it definitely makes the space feel more comfortable.
I’m a little torn because I do like it and it’s been useful, but the higher setting is noisier than I’d prefer at night. Still, it does the job well enough, so overall I’m happy with it.

"Ended up feeling good about ordering from them"
I’ll admit, I hesitated a bit before placing my order because I wasn’t totally sure what to expect. But once I got to checkout, everything looked secure and normal, so I went ahead with it. After that, I started getting the usual order updates, and nothing felt sketchy. No strange payment issues, no random spam emails afterward, which was a relief. The delivery showed up fine too. I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking could’ve been a little clearer, but overall I felt safe ordering from them.

"Delivery was alright, but the changing terms were annoying"
I ordered from capycool.com.au and the items did show up, so I’ll give them that. But the delivery took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a day or two, which was frustrating. What annoyed me more was that the terms seemed to change from what I thought I was agreeing to when I ordered, so it felt a bit unclear. The package was fine in the end, but overall it wasn’t the smoothest or most reliable delivery experience

It’s kind of hard to describe, but the return process was mostly okay. Starting the return was easy enough, but the updates took longer than I expected, so I was left waiting around a bit. It did get sorted in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was bad, just not as smooth as it could’ve been.

"Cute, but fell apart way too fast"
I ordered a capybara plush from capycool.com.au and yeah, it looked cute when it showed up. No complaints about the appearance at first, my kid was really excited and I thought it was a decent buy.
But after only about 2 weeks, the stitching on the side started coming loose, and my kid wasn’t even being rough with it. For the price, that’s disappointing, and I blame the quality more than anything else. It’s cute, sure, but it should not be falling apart that quickly...
